Job Summary

As a pivotal member of the Global Safety Team, you will drive the implementation of the Symrise Safety Roadmap across German sites in Holzminden, Braunschweig, and Nördlingen. This role involves close collaboration with site management and the Tesium GmbH safety network to ensure the highest standards of occupational safety. Day-to-day, you will lead safety performance reviews, conduct audits, and facilitate risk assessments while implementing best practices. You will also be responsible for delivering safety training across all organizational levels, from executive leadership to operational staff. This position is unique for its multi-site coordination and its integration into a global leader in the fragrance and flavor industry.
