Job Summary

As a Microbiologist and Laboratory Coordinator at TESIUM (a Symrise subsidiary), you will take professional responsibility for the biodegradation laboratory. Your day-to-day activities involve coordinating biological degradation studies, planning and prioritizing sample batches, and ensuring timely execution of tests. You will be actively involved in performing biodegradation tests, developing new methodologies, and ensuring rigorous quality assurance through documentation and the creation of study reports. Beyond technical tasks, you will optimize laboratory workflows, manage administrative duties via SAP, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
