Job Summary

This role is based in Berlin-Mariendorf within the Metering department of Stromnetz Berlin, focusing on the maintenance and modernization of the city's power grid. As a Technician for Training and Knowledge Management, you will be responsible for the technical guidance of active employees, new hires, and apprentices. Your daily activities will include building and maintaining a technical knowledge database, analyzing training needs, and designing internal knowledge transfer measures. You will create learning materials, training concepts, and work instructions while ensuring that internal and external regulations (such as TAB/TAR) are communicated effectively to the team.
