Job Summary
This leadership role at Stadtwerke Heidelberg Netze GmbH involves managing the Instrumentation and Control (I&C) department for heat generation and distribution systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical leadership of a specialized team, ensuring operational safety and high plant availability. Day-to-day activities include planning and controlling departmental processes, developing strategic maintenance concepts, and conducting technical risk analyses. You will oversee complex maintenance and optimization projects, manage suppliers, and act as the Responsible Qualified Electrician (VEFK). Required Skills
Education
Master's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Dipl.-Ing. Elektrotechnik) or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in heat generation or the operation and maintenance of large-scale technical I&C systems
- Experience in project planning for electrical and control systems
- Leadership experience in a technical or disciplinary capacity
- Experience with technical laws, norms, and guidelines such as VDE and DIN EN
