This role involves providing essential IT field support and IMAC-D services (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) for a leading IT service provider in Berlin. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware, including the installation, configuration, and imaging of PCs, notebooks, and mobile terminals. You will handle on-site and remote troubleshooting for printers, barcode scanners, and other peripherals, while also performing basic network tasks like patching. A significant part of the day involves resolving tickets within 1st and 2nd level support frameworks and managing hardware rollouts.
