Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive onsite technical assistance primarily at the Helmstedt location. As an Onsite Support Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT workstations, including hardware such as PCs, monitors, and peripheral devices. You will act as a primary point of contact for users, handling incident analysis, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and documenting activities within a ticketing system. Beyond reactive support, you will manage hardware assets, support IT rollouts and office moves, and provide training for Microsoft products and Microsoft Teams telephony. Required Skills

Education
