Job Summary
As an Electrical Engineering Technician specializing in vehicle safety, you will play a pivotal role in the development and approval of electrical and electronic systems. Your daily responsibilities include creating technical specifications for system suppliers, managing the error elimination process through to series production, and coordinating the integration of Body & Comfort components. You will be responsible for planning and steering component development in close collaboration with internal departments. A significant portion of the role involves technical testing, where you will design test concepts, coordinate testing activities, and perform hands-on analysis both on test benches and within vehicles. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (FH, TU) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Professional experience in the automotive industry within the E/E (Electrical/Electronics) environment
- Experience in the development and release of electrical/electronic systems
- Experience in creating load books and specifications for suppliers
- Experience in error management processes and series production readiness
- Experience in planning and controlling component development projects
