Job Summary
This role involves the integration and application of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) within the automotive sector. As an Electrical Engineering Technician, you will hold system responsibility for critical functions such as active steering assistants, lane change assistants, and sensor calibration. Your day-to-day will involve evaluating measurements, managing development service providers, and coordinating with internal departments including Quality, Safety, and Certification. A unique aspect of this position is the hands-on involvement in vehicle testing and trial planning, both domestically and abroad. You will be responsible for creating technical specifications, tracking defects, and monitoring maturity levels throughout the development lifecycle. Required Skills
Education
Completed University Degree (FH, TU) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the automotive industry
- Professional experience as a Development Engineer in the field of Electrical/Electronics or Mechatronics
- Specialized experience in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
- Experience in project and cost management
- Experience in managing external development service providers and suppliers
