Job Summary
As the Service Manager for Building Technology, you will serve as the central point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring a seamless flow of information across the organization. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve coordinating technical teams, planning deployments, and providing operational guidance to technicians to foster efficient teamwork. You will manage the entire project lifecycle—from preparing quotes and processing orders to post-project follow-ups—while maintaining a strict focus on deadlines, quality standards, and cost control. Additionally, you will handle material procurement, verify incoming invoices, and approve working hours for billing purposes. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close coordination with construction companies, service providers, and partners like GEWO-Bau. It is an attractive opportunity for a structured professional who enjoys a mix of technical oversight and administrative management within the building services sector, offering a permanent contract and a high degree of autonomy in organizing smaller projects and resolving customer concerns.
Required Skills
Education
Completed technical or commercial vocational training, ideally specializing in building technology or building services.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in technical coordination, order processing, or project organization is preferred
- Professional experience in building services or facility management
- Experience in team leadership and coordinating field technicians
- Experience in independent handling of small-scale projects and customer service
Languages
Additional
- Permanent full-time contract. Requires the ability to work independently and manage external service providers and construction partners.
