As the Service Manager for Building Technology, you will serve as the central point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless flow of information across the organization. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve coordinating technical teams, planning service deployments, and providing expert guidance to technicians on operational matters. You will manage the entire project lifecycle—from initial quotation and order processing to post-project follow-up—while maintaining a strict focus on deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints. Additionally, you will handle material procurement, verify incoming invoices, and approve technician working hours to ensure accurate billing. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close interaction with construction companies, service providers, and partners like GEWO-Bau. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical or commercial vocational training, ideally specializing in building services or facility management.

Experience

  • Professional experience in technical coordination, order processing, or project organization
  • Experience in team leadership and technician deployment planning
  • Background in managing technical building operations and maintenance
  • Experience in commercial tasks including quotation preparation and invoice verification
