Job Summary

As a Medical Data Scientist within the TRR 417 research consortium, you will play a pivotal role in advancing colorectal cancer research through high-level data analysis. Based at Erlangen University Hospital, your daily responsibilities include managing research data according to FAIR principles and conducting complex bioinformatic analyses of single-cell, bulk RNA-seq, and metabolomics datasets. You will develop statistical methods for large-scale biological data and interpret molecular results in close collaboration with experimental partners. Required Skills
