Job Summary

This role involves the administration and application support of the HISinOne modules RES and DOC within the IT Center of OTH Regensburg. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing user roles, permissions, and system parameters to ensure secure access and efficient business processes. Your daily tasks include configuring interfaces, managing software releases, performing data migrations using SQL, and optimizing reports and notifications. You will act as a bridge between technical departments and software developers, diagnosing errors, providing workarounds, and conducting user training. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy process analysis and automation within a modern academic environment. The role offers an attractive public service compensation package (TV-L E10), 30 days of vacation, and a collaborative work culture on a modern university campus.
