Job Summary
As a Technical Customer Advisor for a medium-sized energy service provider in Hamburg, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between customer service, sales, and technical operations. Your daily responsibilities involve monitoring assembly capacities, ensuring service quality, and optimizing field service efficiency by analyzing failed trips and coordinating follow-up visits. You will be responsible for the independent registration of meter changes and the continuous improvement of reporting processes. This role is ideal for those who enjoy data analysis and technical troubleshooting within the renewable energy sector, specifically focusing on photovoltaics, e-charging stations, and smart meters. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electrician or Electronics Technician.
Experience
- 3–5 years of professional experience in a technical environment
- Professional experience as an Electrician or Electronics Technician
- Experience in personnel dispatching or leadership is preferred
- Proven experience in structured, solution-oriented workflows
- Experience in managing reporting processes and technical feedback
