This role involves supporting a medium-sized energy service provider in Hamburg focused on photovoltaic systems, e-charging stations, and smart meters. As a Technical Administrator, you will act as a vital link between Customer Service and Sales, ensuring operational efficiency across Germany. Your daily responsibilities include monitoring assembly capacities, managing service quality, and analyzing failed service trips to optimize secondary visits. You will independently register meter changes and work on the continuous improvement of reporting processes while handling technical feedback and fault management. This position is ideal for professionals with a background in electrical engineering who possess a high affinity for numbers and data analysis. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Proven experience in data analysis and structured problem-solving
