Job Summary
The Federal IT Cooperation (FITKO) is seeking two Data Scientists to join their agile and specialized team, focusing on the digitalization of public administration in Germany. This role involves conceptualizing and optimizing data architectures, models, and processes, with a significant emphasis on developing and implementing modern automation and process optimization methods for the FIM-PVOG-115 ecosystem. You will be instrumental in treating 'Data as a Product,' developing usage scenarios for federal data, and actively participating in relevant committees. The position requires a proactive individual who can derive and implement improvements based on data quality analyses, contributing to a vital aspect of Germany's digital infrastructure. Required Skills
Education
Master's degree, university diploma, or second state examination in Computer Science, Information Science, Data Science, Natural Sciences, Engineering, Mathematics, or comparable fields; alternatively, equivalent relevant skills.
Experience
- At least three years of professional experience in a qualified activity, if not holding a relevant Master's degree or equivalent.
- Experience in data management and knowledge of metadata exchange formats, Linked Data technologies, data quality, and/or automation techniques.
- Experience in requirements management and agile and classical project management.
- Experience in managing IT service providers.
- Experience in coordinating and moderating complex stakeholder groups and committees.
