Job Summary
As a Project Manager at the State Construction Management Hannover, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and control of state and federal construction projects. Your daily activities involve managing interdisciplinary project teams and coordinating with external engineering firms to oversee technical building services. Depending on your specialization, you will handle electrical engineering (high-voltage, lightning protection, e-mobility, PV systems) or supply technology/TGA (ventilation, heating, cooling, automation, lab technology). You will act as the client representative, ensuring strict adherence to quality, deadlines, and costs across all phases of the HOAI (1-9). Required Skills
Education
University degree (Diploma/Bachelor) in Electrical Engineering, Supply Technology, or a comparable field; alternatively, State-certified Technician or Master Craftsman qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in planning and/or construction supervision of technical building systems is preferred
- At least 2 years of professional experience in building-related planning or construction services for candidates with Technician or Master Craftsman qualifications
- Experience in project management for technical construction projects
- Experience in coordinating internal and external project stakeholders

- Security clearance (Nds. SÜG) is a mandatory requirement for employment. Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to drive service vehicles. Readiness for day-long business trips within Lower Saxony is required.
