This role involves the planning, implementation, and management of sophisticated federal building projects within the State Construction Management of Hannover. You will be responsible for technical building equipment (TGA) projects, overseeing the entire lifecycle from initial design through to construction and final billing according to HOAI phases 1-9. Key tasks include managing external engineering firms, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule control, and contributing to climate neutrality strategies and process optimization. The position offers a high degree of responsibility within an interdisciplinary team, working on significant public infrastructure. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the planning and construction supervision of technical building systems
  • Professional experience in project management for complex construction measures
  • Experience with medium voltage systems is preferred
  • Experience in managing external engineering offices and service providers
