As the Team Lead for Public Development at Tegel Projekt GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the former Tegel Airport into the 'Urban Tech Republic' and 'Schumacher Quartier,' one of Europe’s most significant smart-city initiatives. You will lead and develop a team of approximately eight professionals, serving as the client representative for infrastructure and development measures. Your daily responsibilities include the high-level management of planning and execution, coordinating between internal teams, external planning offices, construction firms, and public authorities. You will also hold financial responsibility for your area, overseeing budgeting, cost control, and risk management.
