As a Technical Product Support Specialist within the Service Division at KHS, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the company's world-class standards in beverage and liquid food packaging technology. Based in Worms, your daily responsibilities will involve the technical preparation of retrofit offers, spare part inquiries, and order processing. You will act as a key technical consultant for customers, providing solutions for overhaul and conversion projects in close coordination with the design department. This role offers a unique blend of traditional mechanical support and forward-thinking innovation, as you will assist in obsolescence management, participate in a 24/7 technical hotline, and contribute to the programming and application of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI tools.
