This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a modern HR organization in the Mannheim area as an Inhouse SAP HCM Consultant. You will act as a strategic technical bridge between HR and IT, actively shaping digital HR processes rather than just reacting to tickets. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, developing technical concepts, and performing hands-on customizing within SAP HCM modules such as PA, PY, PT, and OM. A key focus of the position is supporting the strategic transformation towards S/4HANA and modern HXM solutions. You will serve as a sparring partner for management, participate in international rollouts, and ensure the stability of HR systems. Required Skills
Education
Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Extensive technical experience in SAP HCM including modules PA, PY, PT, and OM
- Proven practical experience as an SAP HCM Consultant
- Demonstrated experience in SAP projects and interdisciplinary team collaboration
- Professional experience in HR process mapping and technical implementation
- Experience in end-user training and technical documentation
