Job Summary
As an Inhouse SAP HCM Consultant based in the Mannheim area, you will serve as a technical bridge between HR and IT departments. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve driving the digitalization and optimization of HR processes, translating functional requirements into technical concepts, and performing system customizing across SAP HCM modules including PA, PY, PT, and OM. You will play a critical role in the strategic transition toward S/4HANA and HXM solutions while supporting international rollouts and training end-users. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Sound technical experience in SAP HCM modules including PA, PY, PT, and OM
- Practical experience as an SAP HCM Consultant
- Proven experience in SAP projects and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Extensive experience in HR process mapping and technical implementation within SAP
