Based in Heilbronn or Bad Mergentheim, you will manage the tendering and awarding processes for engineering structures, specifically bridges. Your daily responsibilities include supervising construction performance, managing billing and final accounting, and applying Building Information Modeling (Modeling) methodologies. You will also provide technical oversight for commissioned engineering firms. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Experience in handling construction measures and project management
  • Experience with relevant guidelines and regulations of public construction administration
  • Experience in applying BIM methodology in construction execution

  • Valid Class B (Car) driver's license required. Location constraints: Work based in Heilbronn or Bad Mergentheim. Full-time 39.5 hours per week (position is divisible).
