Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist at FAST LTA, you will join a market leader in high-security storage solutions based in Munich. Your primary responsibility involves the technical analysis and resolution of incoming support tickets via telephone and the OTRS ticketing system. You will perform independent error analysis directly on customer systems through remote access, logfile analysis, and configuration checks. The role requires a strong ability to reproduce and isolate technical malfunctions related to performance, interfaces, and configurations. This position is ideal for those who enjoy direct customer contact and possess the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly. Required Skills
Education
IT-related vocational training (IT-Ausbildung) or comparable professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support or a comparable technical position
- Experience in technical error analysis and troubleshooting within customer systems
- Practical experience using ticketing systems (OTRS or similar preferred)
- Experience managing multiple concurrent technical inquiries and multitasking
