Job Summary

Join FAST LTA, a market leader in secure storage solutions based in Munich, as an IT Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical analysis and resolution of incoming support tickets via phone and the OTRS ticketing system, handling requests in both German and English. You'll perform independent error analysis directly on customer systems using remote access, log file analysis, and configuration checks. Your tasks will include reproducing and systematically isolating technical issues, documenting your findings, and contributing to a dynamic team environment. The ideal candidate possesses strong IT affinity, technical understanding of systems like storage, servers, networks, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Previous IT support experience and familiarity with ticketing systems are advantageous.
