As a Senior Test Manager at ]init[, you will take full responsibility for the planning, coordination, and quality assurance of software testing within agile projects. Your day-to-day involves developing project-specific test strategies, selecting appropriate testing tools, and conducting risk analyses to ensure high-quality software delivery. You will act as a central orchestrator between development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders, ensuring that digital solutions are stable, reliable, and user-friendly. Beyond operational testing, you will continuously optimize test processes and automation strategies. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification; ISTQB® Foundation Level certification required (Advanced Level preferred).

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in software testing, ideally in a management capacity
  • Extensive experience in planning, coordinating, and monitoring test activities in agile environments
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing project-specific test strategies and concepts
  • Experience in managing the strategic use of test automation
  • Professional experience using test management and bug tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Xray
