Job Summary
As a Senior Test Manager at ]init[, you will take full responsibility for the planning, coordination, and quality assurance of software testing within agile projects. Your day-to-day involves developing project-specific test strategies, selecting appropriate testing tools, and ensuring high-quality delivery through risk analysis and prioritization. You will act as a central bridge between developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure stable and user-friendly software solutions. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification; ISTQB Foundation Level certification required (Advanced Level is a plus).
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in software testing, preferably in a management capacity
- Extensive experience in planning, coordinating, and monitoring test activities in agile environments
- Proven track record in developing and implementing project-specific test strategies and concepts
- Professional experience using test management and bug tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Xray
- Experience in steering the strategic use of test automation
- Experience in organizing system, integration, acceptance, and regression tests
