Job Summary
As an Academic Program Manager at one of Germany's largest universities of applied sciences, you will play a pivotal role in the Continuing Education Center. Your daily responsibilities include conducting market analyses, managing marketing and sales for part-time study programs, and providing expert advisory services to prospective and current students. You will also oversee the operational coordination of academic activities and act as a vital interface between program management and various specialized departments. This role requires a strong service-oriented mindset and the ability to navigate complex administrative environments. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration or Social Sciences). Foreign degrees require a ZAB evaluation (Statement of Comparability).
Experience
- Professional experience in the field of adult education or higher education administration is desirable
- Proven experience in consulting or advisory roles
- Experience in marketing and sales of educational products
- Experience in project or operational coordination within a professional environment

- Work permit and residence permit with work authorization required. Location: Munich. Fixed-term contract until February 28, 2029. Part-time role (32.08 hours/week).
