As a Requirements Engineer for RF Systems, you will play a pivotal role in the aerospace and defense sector, specifically focusing on high-frequency (RF) systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the holistic implementation of system and software requirements, utilizing CPRE best practices to manage functional and non-functional requirements. You will coordinate closely with diverse stakeholders, including product management, hardware, and embedded software teams, while managing the requirements repository in JAMA and integrating it with JIRA and Confluence. A key part of the role includes modeling with tools like Enterprise Architect and ensuring rigorous quality through traceability and consistency checks. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, Physics, or Medical Technology. CPRE Foundation certification is required; CPRE Advanced is preferred.

Experience

  • Advanced, verifiable professional experience as a lead Requirements Engineer in RF, Automotive, Avionics, or MedTech sectors
  • Proven experience in the application of CPRE methodologies and best practices
  • Practical experience in stakeholder coordination across hardware, software, and testing teams
  • Experience with MBSE and modeling tools such as Enterprise Architect or Cameo
  • Experience in verification, validation, and impact/change management
