This role involves providing high-quality technical support for an expanding IT consulting firm in Mannheim. As an IT Service Technician for Second Level Support, you will be responsible for resolving technical disturbances and processing customer inquiries both on-site and remotely. Your day-to-day activities include ensuring the continuous availability of customer-specific IT infrastructures and actively participating in infrastructure projects in collaboration with various specialist departments. The position requires a solution-oriented professional who can handle both existing and new IT systems with reliability and independence. This is a full-time position offered initially through employee leasing with a strong option for permanent takeover. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT field, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Experience in handling customer inquiries and fault clearance in a second-level support capacity
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Client environments
  • Experience in coordinating and implementing IT infrastructure projects
