As an Onsite IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical assistance to a chemical company in Brunsbüttel. Your day-to-day activities will involve supporting users directly at the Service Point, troubleshooting hardware and software issues both remotely and in person, and managing the repair of various devices including desktops, notebooks, tablets, and smartphones. You will also handle the installation of software and operating systems, assist with office relocations by setting up IT components, and maintain technical documentation. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys direct user interaction and hands-on hardware configuration. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, IT Service Technician, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the IT sector
  • Practical experience in Second Level Support, including both remote and onsite user assistance
  • Demonstrated experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Experience in configuring and setting up desktops, notebooks, and mobile handheld scanners
