As a Service Desk Engineer in Cologne, you will join a long-standing partner of the German industrial sector, focusing on IT infrastructure optimization and user support. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve monitoring ITSM processes, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and providing 1st and 2nd level technical support via telephone, email, and ticketing systems.
