As an IT Support Specialist in Ratingen, you will join a market-leading IT system house providing essential technical services to thousands of global clients. Your daily responsibilities involve providing 1st and 2nd level IT support to users, both remotely and on-site at the IT Link Center. You will be responsible for analyzing and resolving technical issues, coordinating the escalation of 3rd level requests, and managing customer inquiries via a ticketing system in both German and English. This role is ideal for those who enjoy collaborative environments and direct user interaction. Required Skills

Education
