Job Summary

As a WLAN Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of wireless network environments for enterprise, carrier, and data center clients. Your daily activities will involve performing project tasks for Cisco products, including the installation, configuration, upgrade, and migration of systems. You will conduct Wireless LAN Site Surveys, create detailed network documentation, and troubleshoot routing and switching components from brands like Cisco and Extreme. A significant part of the role involves managing manufacturer support cases and participating in on-call rotations. This position is ideal for technical experts who enjoy a mix of office-based configuration and regional field work.
