Job Summary

As a Field Service Technician based in Nuremberg or Middle Franconia, you will be the primary on-site contact for hardware and software support within redundant network environments. Your daily responsibilities involve performing 2nd level support for client and printing systems, diagnosing technical issues, and executing hardware replacements, including complex tasks like mainboard swaps. You will also manage rollouts, handle warranty claims, and perform data recovery services. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys direct customer interaction and technical troubleshooting. The position offers a high degree of autonomy with a provided company car and flexible working hours.
