As an Onsite IT Support Technician in Gernsbach, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for resolving IT challenges and ensuring system stability. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Computer Science or vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the IT sector
  • Experience in supporting end-user hardware including laptops, telephones, and desktops
  • Experience working within a Helpdesk or IT Service Management environment
  • Experience in creating status reports, trend analyses, and technical documentation
  • Experience with software deployment and image restoration for VDIs
