Job Summary

As an IT Field Service Technician in the Hannover region, you will provide critical on-site technical support for a nationwide service provider specializing in redundant network environments. Your daily activities will involve the installation of notebooks and PCs, handling warranty claims, and providing 2nd level support for client and printing systems. You will be responsible for planning hardware replacements, performing data recovery, and troubleshooting both hardware and software issues.
