As an IT Service Technician / Onsite Support Specialist in Moers, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation by providing hands-on technical assistance to end-users. Your daily responsibilities include managing end-user devices through installation, repair, and replacement, as well as delivering 1st and 2nd level IT support for hardware and software issues. Required Skills

Experience

  • Background in 1st and 2nd level technical support environments
