Job Summary

As the IT Business Partner Team Lead for Mercedes-Benz Gastronomie GmbH, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the IT landscape across 7 locations and approximately 65 catering facilities. Reporting directly to management, you will lead a dedicated team to ensure the daily operational readiness of complex catering systems, including POS and payment solutions. A central focus of this role is leading the introduction of a new ERP/merchandise management system and driving the digital transformation of business processes. You will act as the primary Information Officer, aligning with corporate IT (T4P) while managing demand, application services, and supplier delivery.
