Job Summary

As an Electrical Facility Manager in Munich, you will lead the technical building operations with a specific focus on electrical engineering. Your daily responsibilities include managing personnel, planning deployment schedules, and ensuring that all technical systems operate in compliance with legal and safety regulations. You will independently organize maintenance and repair measures while coordinating external subcontractors from the execution phase through to final acceptance and documentation. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, you will also handle calculations for smaller quotes and maintain detailed inspection protocols. This full-time position offers a structured day shift from 07:00 to 16:00 and a high degree of responsibility.
