Job Summary

As a Facility Technician in Schwarzheide, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of building systems and technical facilities. Your day-to-day activities will involve monitoring technical equipment, performing minor repairs, and conducting routine maintenance tasks. You will serve as a key point of contact for the Real Estate unit, coordinating with external service providers and documenting all maintenance and repair activities, including warranty tracking. The position offers a stable full-time schedule of 39 hours per week in a standard day shift (07:00 to 15:30).
