Job Summary
As an HR Controller within the Department of Human Resources and Organization, you will join a dedicated three-person team responsible for the university's largest single personnel budget. Your daily responsibilities involve managing the central administration's staffing plan, overseeing personnel budget allocation, and maintaining organizational management data. You will act as a consultant for central and decentralized units on personnel economic matters and contribute to specialized HR controlling projects. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Initial practical experience in the HR field (minimum 3 months via internship or employment)
- Professional experience within the German public service sector
- Experience in structured, analytical, and efficient work environments
- Desirable: Professional experience in HR at the E9b TV-L level or equivalent
- Desirable: Practical experience using SAP software, specifically SAP HCM
