Job Summary

This role is central to the maintenance and efficiency of high-voltage grid assets at 50Hertz. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for the logistical and administrative backbone of service team deployments. Your day-to-day activities involve managing orders and goods receipts via SAP and Hubwoo, coordinating technical documentation, and steering network plan orders in collaboration with specialist departments. Beyond technical administration, you will handle office management tasks, including onboarding new staff, organizing business travel, and managing team events. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys a mix of technical coordination and organizational management. Required Skills

Education

Completed Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician (Techniker) training in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or mechanical engineering
  • Experience in order management and procurement processes using ERP systems
  • Proven track record in organizational management and structured coordination
  • Experience in the maintenance of high-voltage equipment or electrical engineering is desirable
  • Initial experience in work preparation (Arbeitsvorbereitung) is an advantage
