Job Summary
Join SR Technics, a world-leading MRO service provider headquartered in Switzerland, as a Licensed Aircraft Engineer specializing in Line Maintenance for A320 aircraft in Geneva. In this critical role, you will be responsible for promoting a positive safety culture while executing comprehensive maintenance work packages. Daily tasks include performing line and light base maintenance, conducting daily and weekly checks, managing defect rectification, troubleshooting, and handling component replacement and AOG recovery. You will also perform structural damage assessments and repairs, ensuring all aircraft operate under strict airworthiness conditions. This position demands autonomy, a strong team spirit, and the proven ability to work effectively under pressure. Candidates must hold a valid EASA Part-66 B1 License type rated on the A320, possess excellent verbal and written English skills, and demonstrate high customer focus. Required Skills
Education
CAT A or Holder of a Valid B1 EASA Part-66 License type rated on A320. Required certifications include AML, Human Factor, Fuel Tank Phase II, EWIS Theory, EWIS Practical, and Evidence of Current (per A/C type).
Experience
- Professional experience performing Line maintenance work packages (daily/weekly checks, component replacement, AOG recovery)
- Professional experience performing A-check, P-check, and Out of phase checks
- Proven ability to work autonomously within a team environment
- Proven ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrated working knowledge of health, safety, and quality procedures to the required level

- Must hold a EU passport, Swiss passport, or a Swiss working permit (due to Swiss immigration regulations). Additional skills in Sheet Metal are appreciated.
