Job Summary

The successful candidate will join SR Technics, a leading global MRO provider based in Basel, Switzerland, as a Licensed Aircraft Engineer specializing in Line Maintenance. This critical role involves ensuring the airworthiness of various aircraft types, including the A320, B737, B757, and B767 fleet. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing defect rectification, component replacement, AOG recovery, troubleshooting, and executing various checks (daily, weekly, A-check, P-check). You will also be responsible for structural damage assessments and repairs, promoting a strong safety culture, and issuing the Certificate of Release to Service. You are expected to work autonomously while maintaining a strong team spirit and ensuring clear communication and reporting. This position requires a valid EASA Part-66 License (B1 or B1/B2) with relevant type ratings and excellent command of English, offering an attractive opportunity for professional growth within a dynamic, international company.

Additional

  • Must be type rated on A320 + B737 OR B757 + B767. Required certifications include AML, Human Factor, Fuel Tank Phase II, EWIS Theory, EWIS Practical, and Evidence of Current (per A/C type). Must hold an EU passport, Swiss passport, or a Swiss working permit due to immigration regulations.
