As an IT Support Specialist based in Ellwangen, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and system disruptions across multiple communication channels including phone, chat, and ticketing systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve classifying and prioritizing incoming requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues for various end-user devices, and managing the full lifecycle of equipment from rollout to decommissioning.
