As a Project Manager for Renewable Energy and Medium Voltage Transformer Stations, you will play a pivotal role in connecting energy generation plants to the distribution grid. Based in Bayreuth, your daily responsibilities include the full lifecycle management of projects, from initial bid preparation to final customer acceptance. You will oversee the installation of intelligent transfer stations, including transformer units and telecontrol/protection technology, while maintaining strict control over project budgets and deadlines. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Buildings and Energy Systems, Master Electrician, State-Certified Technician, or a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in connecting energy generation plants to distribution grids
  • Practical experience with VDE-AR-N 4105 and 4110 technical connection rules
  • Proven experience in project management, including bidding and budget control
  • Background in electrical engineering or building and energy technology
