Job Summary

This role involves the independent operation, expansion, and maintenance of substations and switching stations within the southeastern region of Schleswig-Holstein. As a key member of the technical team, the successful candidate will perform assembly tasks on high-voltage and medium-voltage electrical equipment (up to 110kV). Responsibilities include serving as the on-site person in charge of plant operations, instructing and supervising partner companies, and ensuring compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental protection standards. The position offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the energy transition. Following an initial training period in Bad Segeberg, the role transitions to a mobile working model where the technician can start their workday directly from home, utilizing a company vehicle to cover the service area across various districts.
