As the IT Application and Service Operations Lead, you will take full responsibility for Level 1 and Level 2 support operations, ensuring high service quality across a diverse landscape of legacy and modern IT systems. Your daily activities will involve defining and refining ITSM processes, managing incident and problem workflows, and overseeing external service providers through strict SLA and KPI monitoring. You will play a critical role in maintaining operational readiness during platform go-lives, releases, and changes. This position is ideal for a structured leader who can bridge the gap between technical operations and business requirements.
