Job Summary
This role involves managing diverse and complex civil engineering projects for the federal government within North Rhine-Westphalia, focusing on underground construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all project phases from planning to execution, including earthworks, sanitation, road construction, and infrastructure maintenance. Key responsibilities include managing external planners, controlling project budgets, schedules, and quality, and handling contract and claim management. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Diploma/Bachelor/Master) in Civil Engineering (Underground Construction) or comparable field
Experience
- Professional experience in planning and executing complex underground construction projects
- Professional experience with HOAI service phases
- Professional experience with procurement and contract law (e.g., VgV, VOB) and relevant legal regulations (WHG, BBodSchG)
