Job Summary
This role involves contributing to interdisciplinary project teams, specifically providing technical support for building maintenance projects within one of Europe's largest real estate portfolios. Key responsibilities include selecting and contracting freelance services, managing and quality-checking external engineering firms, and overseeing planning services according to HOAI. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the procurement, management, and billing of construction services, as well as contributing to schedule, budget, and cost planning. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed university degree (Diploma/Bachelor/Master) in Civil Engineering with a focus on Underground Construction, or a comparable field; OR a successfully completed degree as a state-certified technician in Construction Technology or comparable.
Experience
- Professional experience in civil engineering, specifically in underground construction, or a comparable field.
- At least six years of relevant professional experience in an engineering role if holding a state-certified technician degree in construction technology or comparable.
- Professional experience after graduation is advantageous.
- Knowledge of relevant legal regulations (e.g., HOAI, VOB) and their application in real estate and business management.
